This issue impacted anyone who needed to be prompted on consoles to complete login: namely new users or users who needed to complete corrective actions. PC users or existing users who are already logged into the game on their console were not affected.

The issue began 19th of June 18:51 UTC and ended 20th of June 22.30 UTC
