Monitoring - Over the following month, we'll be performing weekly networking stress tests to improve our services. Players may be unable to log in or may see matchmaking errors for a few minutes during our tests.
We'll announce if any of this creates more disruption, and appreciate your patience while we work to make Fortnite better.

All Fortnite game services have returned to normal and players are able to jump back in! We'll continue to monitor this for any other issues.

We are seeing log-ins and matchmaking begin to recover. Some players may see matchmaking errors while we bring game stability back to normal. We'll continue to monitor our services to ensure there are no further disruptions.

Investigating -
We're investigating a network issue that is preventing a number of EOS and Fortnite services from connecting properly, affecting logging in, matchmaking and making Shop purchases.
We're working to resolve this and will provide an update when we have more info.

This issue is fixed and PlayStation players are able to sign in again as normal!
If you saw an 'unable to sign in' error, please relaunch and try again.

We're working to fix an issue right now where PlayStation 4 & 5 players may see an 'Unable to sign in' error message. We'll provide an update when this is fixed.
